Three Main Points:

1. To stay rooted in love and grow in faith, we must persistently live in a posture of prayer -- Paul kneels before the Father, demonstrating urgency, humility, and dependence on God. Prayer must be a constant posture, not merely a formal discipline, as roots grow in hidden places where faith develops through our personal relationship with God. 

2. We must be spiritually empowered and cognizant of the comprehensive reach of divine compassion -- Paul prays for God to strengthen believers through His Spirit in their inner being so that Christ dwells in their hearts. Love must be the foundation and soil in which faith grows, and we must grasp the width, length, height, and depth of Christ's love through lived experiences in community.

3. We must trust that God's power transcends everything we can conceptualize or comprehend -- Paul closes his prayer with a doxology, celebrating that God is able to do immeasurably and abundantly above all we ask or think. God's power is eternal and unlimited, demonstrated through Christ's resurrection, and this assurance should move us to praise even before our prayers are answered.
