Rev. Dr. Willie Bodrick, II - Keynote Speaker
14th Senior Pastor (2021-Present)
Rev. Willie Bodrick, II, J.D., M. Div. is the talented, enthusiastic, and anointed Senior Pastor of the Historic Twelfth Baptist Church in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, MA. Rev. Bodrick leads with dynamic preaching, insightful teaching, and gospel-driven social engagement in the community and throughout the country. Rev. Bodrick is the church's fourteenth senior pastor, celebrating 185 years (1840) as a congregation and 220 years (1805) since the founding of the First African Baptist Church, also known as the African Meeting House.
Rev. Bodrick successfully led the 185-year-old church through profound challenges created by the pandemic, partnering with Boston Medical Center to establish a vaccination clinic at TBC that vaccinated 2,500 people and leading efforts to feed over 15,000 residents yearly through the continuing services of the church’s food pantry and other special programming. During this season, TBC was able to continue our ministries and services, as well as increase their viewership and engagement to over a thousand weekly viewers from across the country and the world. Rev. Bodrick and TBC also led vaccine education efforts, donated more than $375,000 to community members and organizations. Rev. Bodrick also brought in a $1 million gift from King Boston (now Embrace Boston) – the largest gift ever made to the Twelfth Baptist Church.

Rev. Bodrick is married to his wife, Dr. Devin Cromartie Bodrick, and they are the proud parents of their son, Willie Bodrick, III. and their newborn daughter.

JONATHAN GRAMBLING - "God’s Voice Above the Noise"
Born in Philadelphia, Jonathan has always had a passion for music with soul. A singer since the age of 3, music has allowed him to explore the world, his spiritually and his love of humanity. As co-founder of critically acclaimed Afropolitan band Soulfège, he has performed on four continents, in 44 states, DC and Puerto Rico in a variety of languages and genres. His deep interest in discovering the roots of soul music around the world has allowed him to share the stage with many artists, notably Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, Bobby McFerrin, Oumo Sangare, Arrested Development, Rocky Dawuni, Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics and more, sharing his genre bending sound and unique approach to musical expression with many. He has performed for dignitaries such as Nelson Mandela, Bill Clinton, Al Gore and Gwendolyn Brooks. You can see him in and around the Boston area regularly at Twelfth Baptist Church with the Music Ministry, at political/activist gatherings like the No Kings Rally or at venues like Lizard Lounge, District 7 and City Winery with his bands: Ghetto People Band, hi-fi Monk, or The Foundation Movement, with his special jam based project GramJam, or as a featured performer with Pure Soul Presents East Coast Soul and Duppy Conquerors.

JESSIE CADET JETTER - "Entrepreneurial Discussion:"
Eco Waste Disposal and Container Storage Company (EWDCS): Jesse Jeter, along with his wife, Denise Jeter - on May 5, 2010, founded a business venture entitle ECO Waste Disposal & Container Storage Co. (EWDCS). EWDCS provides waste disposal and recycling services as well as container storage and portable restroom services. Mr. Jeter co-founded, in 2003, a business with his wife, Denise Jeter, Ann’s Christian Learning Center (ACLC). ACLC is a for-profit business which provides educational services in a variety of areas such as math, language arts and reading skills. The organization is a state approved, for profit, private tutoring company committed to providing academic enrichment to students. The effectiveness of ACLC, which is headed by Mrs. Jeter, has catapulted the growth of the company and triggered an increasing demand for more individualized academic support for students.
On July 17, 2002 founded a not-for-profit organization entitled the Christian
Economic Development Association (CEDA). CEDA, a multi-cultural, multi-racial, interdenominational faith-based financial concepts organization, was organized to help businesses and individuals increase their financial value. The CEDA organization was governed by a board of directors and advisors, whom, like Mr. Jeter, give of their time, talent and resources on a volunteer basis.
Massachusetts Minority Contractors Associations (MMCA): Mr. Jeter, in 2011, was elected president of the MMCA. He served as president until February 2014. The MMCA, founded in 2002, focuses on creating access-to-opportunity for minority, women and small businesses that are engaged in the construction industry through-out Massachusetts. Boston Employment Commission, City of Boston:
Mr. Jeter was appointed as a commissioner by the Mayor of the City of Boston on 2008. Subsequently, as of 2012, Mr. Jeter was requested to become Chairman of the Commission. The Boston Employment Commission was established by an ordinance passed by City Council on July 30, 1986, and signed by the Mayor of the City of Boston. The Commission was created for the purpose of ensuring that findings may be determined with respect to compliance of the Boston Residents Jobs Policy in a manner that is comprehensive, consistent, and fair for City of Boston residents, minorities and women.
Mr. Jeter in 2007 was recognized for his work with the CEDA organization by the U.S. Small Business dministration. The recognition was as the Minority Small Business Champion for Massachusetts, as well as for New England. As a speaker, Mr. Jeter has been requested to conduct speaking and teaching engagements at numerous locations. Residents & Family Life, Mr. Jess Jeter was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. He is married to the love of his life – Denise Jeter and has three children – Jesse Jr, Abigail and Isaiah. Mr. Jeter now resides in Bridgewater Massachusetts.

LOVELY HARVEY - "Testimony From a Mess to a Message"

Lovelee Harvey is a Recovery Coach, Peer Support Specialist, Community
Engagement Coordinator, and a Motivational Speaker in the Boston area where he was born and raised.
Throughout his journey, Lovelee has faced many challenges such as, Substance Use Disorder (active addiction), several incarceration's, homelessness, mental health, and trauma. He has been able to overcome these challenges with his focus on recovery, spirituality, and the many modules of the pathways to recovery.
As a result of his successes, he has turned his pain into purpose and his purpose into his passion and find nothing more fulfilling than being the change he wants to see by helping others.
Some of the organizations and institutions that Lovelee has devoted time and worked for are; STEPRox Recovery Support Center, Whittier Street Health Center, North Suffolk Community Services, Mass General Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center, Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department, Barbara Mc Innis (BPHC),
Nubian Sqaure Task Force, Metro Boston Alive, City of Boston Mayor’s Office, as well as guest lecturer on Addiction and Cultural Competency at Harvard University and Tufts University School of Medicine.
