Join the Twelfth Baptist Church Wellness Ministry for our Physical Wellness Workshop on Saturday, February 28th, from 12:30–3:30 PM.
This workshop will bring together community members and wellness experts to share real-life experiences, practical tools, and wisdom around living healthy, balanced, and whole lives—mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll explore the dimensions of physical wellness and create space for learning, movement, reflection, and connection.
